Why won’t my password and username won’t log me in anymore?
Password and usernames must be entered in the exact same way they were when you registered. They are case sensitive. Check that you have no accidentally enables caps lock and reenter.
Sometimes your computer stores files to it’s browser history called Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. These files can slow down your browser and stop it from responding correctly to the login portal. Delete these by finding your internet browser history, usually though the Tools Settings, and delete them.
If you accessed the login page via an external link, you may have issues signing in. Close out of this page completely and open a new page in your browser to attempt logging in once more.

I’m a trial member so why am I being charged every month?
If you signed up for a trial membership it will automatically become a monthly subscription after the trial period has ended. To avoid this you must cancel within the trial period. Frequently, banks will put a pre-authorization hold on trial membership charges. This hold will be credited back to your account if you cancel within the trial period. I’m trying to play a video but the page is just blank. Can your team help me?
Yes, we can! Video pages can be blank or appear to be a black screen if you have not updated your computer in some time. Outdated video playing softward such as Flash and Quicktime can hinder your computer from showing videos correctly.
If you can see the video but it is frozen, or seems to be loading for longer than normal, you may need to check your internet speed with your service provider. We suggest a DSL or cable internet connection in order to render videos smoothly.
Why am I being billed every month?
All billing is done on a montly basis. Memberships are done monthly unless cancelled by the user either by phone at +1-866-523-6315 or via email ([email protected]).
